Exchanges Policy
Customer satisfaction is our top priority at Nrutya Enterprise. We aim to make your shopping experience smooth, secure, and enjoyable. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 7-day exchange policy to ensure worry-free shopping.
By placing an order with us, you acknowledge and agree to the terms and conditions stated below.
- You may request an exchange within 7 days from the date of delivery.
- Items must be:
- Unused
- Unworn
- Unwashed
- Undamaged
- All items must be returned in original packaging, including:
- Hangers
- Tags
- Labels
- Polybags
- The product must be returned along with the invoice/bill.
We do not offer refunds. Only exchanges are allowed.
How to Request an Exchange
- Send an exchange request within 7 days of delivery via our WhatsApp support
- After verification, our team will approve your request and guide you through the next steps.
- Once approved, kindly ship the product back to us.
⚠ Reverse pickup is not available. The customer is responsible for return shipping. Courier charges of ₹250 must be borne by the customer.
After Dispatching the Return Parcel
Once shipped, kindly share the courier receipt and tracking details with us on WhatsApp
After we receive the product:
- It will undergo quality inspection.
- Upon approval:
- Exchange or
- Store credit (as applicable)
will be processed within 2–3 business days.
Store Credit / Credit Note
If eligible for store credit:
- A credit note will be issued to your registered WhatsApp number.
- The credit note can be used for future purchases on our website.
Important Notes
Damaged, used, or altered items will not be accepted for exchange.
Items purchased during sale, discount, or promotions are eligible only for exchange, not return or refund.
