Exchange Policy

At Nrutya Enterprise, customer satisfaction is our priority. We aim to provide a smooth and hassle-free shopping experience. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 7-day exchange policy.

By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms below:

  • Exchange requests must be raised within 7 days from the delivery date.
  • Products must be:
    • Unused
    • Unworn
    • Unwashed
    • Undamaged
  • Products must be returned in their original packaging, including:
    • Tags
    • Labels
    • Hangers
    • Polybags
  • A valid invoice/bill is required for all exchange requests.

Please Note:
We do not provide refunds. Only exchanges or store credit are applicable.

How to Request an Exchange

  1. Contact our support team on WhatsApp within 7 days of delivery.
  2. Share your order details along with product images (if required).
  3. After verification, our team will guide you through the exchange process.
  4. Once approved, kindly ship the parcel back to us.

After Shipping the Return Parcel

After dispatching the parcel, please share the following on WhatsApp:

  • Courier receipt
  • Tracking ID/details

Once we receive the product:

  • It will go through a quality inspection.
  • After approval, we will process:
    • Product exchange, or
    • Store credit / credit note (if applicable)

Processing may take 2–3 business days after receiving the parcel.

Store Credit / Credit Note

If your exchange qualifies for store credit:

  • A credit note will be issued to your registered WhatsApp number.
  • The credit note can be used for future purchases on our website.

Important Notes

  • Damaged, used, altered, or washed products will not be accepted.
  • Products purchased during sales, discounts, or promotional offers are eligible only for exchange, not refund.
  • Nrutya Enterprise reserves the right to reject exchange requests that do not meet the above conditions.
