Exchange Policy
At Nrutya Enterprise, customer satisfaction is our priority. We aim to provide a smooth and hassle-free shopping experience. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 7-day exchange policy.
By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms below:
- Exchange requests must be raised within 7 days from the delivery date.
- Products must be:
- Unused
- Unworn
- Unwashed
- Undamaged
- Products must be returned in their original packaging, including:
- Tags
- Labels
- Hangers
- Polybags
- A valid invoice/bill is required for all exchange requests.
Please Note:
We do not provide refunds. Only exchanges or store credit are applicable.
How to Request an Exchange
- Contact our support team on WhatsApp within 7 days of delivery.
- Share your order details along with product images (if required).
- After verification, our team will guide you through the exchange process.
- Once approved, kindly ship the parcel back to us.
After Shipping the Return Parcel
After dispatching the parcel, please share the following on WhatsApp:
- Courier receipt
- Tracking ID/details
Once we receive the product:
- It will go through a quality inspection.
- After approval, we will process:
- Product exchange, or
- Store credit / credit note (if applicable)
Processing may take 2–3 business days after receiving the parcel.
Store Credit / Credit Note
If your exchange qualifies for store credit:
- A credit note will be issued to your registered WhatsApp number.
- The credit note can be used for future purchases on our website.
Important Notes
- Damaged, used, altered, or washed products will not be accepted.
- Products purchased during sales, discounts, or promotional offers are eligible only for exchange, not refund.
- Nrutya Enterprise reserves the right to reject exchange requests that do not meet the above conditions.
